मण्डी संसदीय क्षेत्र के मेरे प्रिय मतदाताओं !
- आज तक जिन पार्टियों ने षासन की बागडोर संभाली, वे सभी हम पर मात्र राज करती रहीं अन्यथा देश में
- कोई भी आंदोलन न होता । सत्ता के मद में राजनेता शासन करते रहें और जनता शासित होती रही ।
- यह व्यवस्था एक व्यक्ति को सुरक्षा की गारंटी आज तक नहीं दे सकी ।
इसका उदाहरण यह है कि हमारे देश में
- लगभग 46 प्रतिशत नेता आपराधिक छवि के हैं जो सभी पार्टियों में हैं ।
- मानव तस्करी पर कोई राजनैतिक दल बात तक नहीं करता है । ऐसे हज़ारो बच्चं महिलाएं तथा मज़दूर जिन्हें बंधुआ बनाकर बाहरी दुनिया से वंचित रखा जाता है। दूसरा मानव अंगों की तस्करी से जुड़ा अति जघन्य मामला है ।
- लगभग 90 महिलाओं के साथ हर दिन अपराध होते हैं ।
- लगभग 2 करोड़ बच्चे सड़कों/गलियों में लावारिस घूमते हैं ।
- लगभग 25 करोड़ लोग रात को भूखे सोने को मज़बूर हैं ।
- देश में करोड़ां परिवारों के पास अपना घर नहीं हैं ।
- भ्रष्टाचार में हमारा में 80वां स्थान हैं ।
- लगभग 20 करोड़ बच्चे कुपोषण के शिकार हैं ।
- लगभग 15 प्रतिशत देश में अन्न हर वर्ष बर्बाद होता है ।
- मंहगाई में पेट्रोल 100 रुपये के पार है और सिमेंट खरीदना आम इंसान के बस में नहीं रहा है । स्टील 3600 रुपये से 6500 रुपये के पार है, गैस सिलेंडर 1000 रुपये से ज़्यादा कीमत पर ही सब्सिडी ख़त्म होने के बाद रसोई में पहुंच पा रहा है ।
- बेरोजगारी 14 प्रतिशत से भी अध्कि है ।
- जाति और धर्मों में देशवासियों का बंटवारा कर राजनैतिक रोटियां सेकी जा रही है ।
- देश 1 लाख 8000 करोड़ से ज़्यादा कर्ज़ के बोझ तले दबा हुआ है ।
- देश में मां-बहनों व बेटियों को सुरक्षा प्रदान करने में सबसे लाचार व्यवस्था है ।
- किसानों-बागवानों को माफिया नीति के अंतर्गत आत्महत्या के लिए मज़बूर किया जा रहा है ।
क्यांकि राजनीति पर आधारित व्यवस्था में सत्ताधीशों की आंखों पर पट्टी बंधी रहती है । उन्हें अपना स्वार्थ ही नज़र आता है अन्य कुछ नहीं । अपने लिए अलग कानून और दूसरों के लिए अलग। इसका उदाहरण यह है कि
- आप दो जगह से वोट नहीं दे सकते हैं जबकि राजनेता दो जगह से चुनाव लड़ सकता है ।
- एक सामान्य व्यक्ति जेल में होने से वोट नहीं दे सकता है जबकि एक नेता जेल से चुनाव लड़ सकता है ।
- यदि कोई सामान्य व्यक्ति किसी भी छोटी-मोटी घटना में जेल जाता है तो जीवनभर उसे सरकारी नौकरी नहीं मिल सकती है जबकि नेताओं पर अनगिनत मुकद्दमें भी हों तो भी वे मंत्री या प्रधानमंत्री तक बन सकते हैं ।
- बैंक में एक सामान्य नौकरी के लिए स्नातक यानि ग्रेजुएट होना आवश्यक है जबकि एक अंगूठाछाप नेता भी वित्त मंत्री बन सकता है ।
- सेना में शामिल होने के लिए एक उम्र की सीमा तय है जबकि 80 वर्ष का वृद्ध नेता भी रक्षामंत्री बन सकता है तथा कभी भी स्कूल न जाने वाला नेता भी शिक्षा मंत्री बन सकता है। सैंकड़ों अपराधों में संलिप्त नेता पुलिस का मुखिया यानि गृहमंत्री बन सकता है ।
- सरकारी कर्मचारी 30-35 वर्षों के बाद भी पेंशन नहीं ले पाता है जबकि विधायक, सांसद, मंत्री अलग-अलग रहे पदों से आजीवन अलग-अलग पेंशन लेने का आन्नद उठाते हंै।
- देश धर्मान्धता की आग में जलने लगा है, यहां तक कि समुदाय विशेष त्यौहारों व उत्सवों को मनाने में भी पाबंदी लगाने लगा है, सरकार मूकदर्शक बनी रहती है ।
मतदाताओं ! अब जागने का समय आ गया है । अब हमारा शासन कोई राजनेता न करें अपितु हम सभी लोग अपने लिए स्वयं की शासन प्रणाली लागू करें । अब देश राजनीति से नहीं -लोकनीति से चलेगा , क्योंकि लोकनीति लोगांे की नीति है । लोगों के विकास के लिए बनाई जाने वाली नीति है जहां एक देश-एक कानून- एक व्यवस्था व एक पहचान होगी। जहां जाति मात्र मनुष्यता होगी और धर्म मात्रा राष्ट्रीयता।
विवेकानंद, लक्ष्मीबाई, भगत सिंह व सुभाष चंद्र बोस आदि के इस देश को पुनः जागृत होना होगा। यह श्रीराम की मर्यादा और श्रीकृष्ण के विवेक की भूमि है । इसकी रक्षा करना हर एक भारतवासी का कर्तव्य है। आज नहीं जागे तो कभी नहीं जगेंगे। देश की नीलामी व सौदेबाजी हर स्तर पर होने लगी है । यहां तक कि उच्च पद पाने में भी सौदेबाजी का सिलसिला शुरु हो गया है। देश अभी भी कश्मीरी पंडितों की पीड़ा से उभरा नहीं, सरकारें आती गई और मूकदर्शक होकर देखती रहीं । अकारण घर से उजाड़े गए लोगांे को यह देश अब तक न्याय नहीं दे सका । वातावरण तालिबानी स्थिति की ओर जाने वाला बनता जा रहा है । स्थिति अपफगानिस्तान जैसी न बने इसलिए जागृत होना आवश्यक है ।
इन सभी बातों को आप बेहतरी से जानते हैं जो चुनावी मुद्दों में गौण हो जाती हैं । लेकिन ऐसी जानकारी का क्या उपयोग जहां हम मात्रा झेलते रहे और झेलते ही रहेगें, जब तक कि व्यवस्था में आमूल-चूक परिवर्तन न किया जाए । अन्यथा पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी यह संक्रमण बढ़ता जाएगा। इसलिए अगली पीढ़ी को यदि एक स्वच्छ व सुखद वातावरण देना चाहते हैं तो वोट देने से पहले यह ज़रुर सोचें कि आपने आज तक वोट देने से क्या मिला

मण्डी लोकसभा क्षेत्र विकास परिदृष्य
- हमारा मंडी लोकसभा का विकास परिदृश्य पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय परिदृश्य के साथ अलग से संलग्न है ।
- और कीरतपुर-मनाली राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग में विस्थापितों के पुनर्वास तथा पफैक्टर-2 के अनुसार सभी को समानरुप से मुआवज़ा प्रदान करने की पहल की जाएगी।
- हवाई पट्टी के निर्माण के लिए उपजाऊ भूमि के प्रयोग की जगह वैकल्पिक भूमि की तलाश करनी आवश्यक है अन्यथा भूमि विस्थापितों के पुनर्वास के साथ-साथ मुवावजा फैक्टर-4 के अनुसार प्रदान करना होगा ।
- बागवानों को सेब के भंडारण के लिए पंचायत स्तर पर कोल्ड स्टोर स्थापना की पहल तथा फल-सब्ज़ियों की प्रोसैसिंग के लिए ईकाइयां लगाने की पहल होगी ।
- सेना में हिमाचल के युवाओं को अधिकाधिक योगदान हूतु हिमाचल रेजिमेन्ट की स् थापना की पहल।
- आदि -आदि ।

Till today the parties which took over the reins of governance, they all continued to rule over us, otherwise the country would have There was no movement. Politicians continue to rule for the sake of power and the people continue to rule. This system could not guarantee security to a person till date. An example of this is that in our country About 46 per cent of the leaders are of criminal background across all parties. No political party even talks about human trafficking. Thousands of such children, women and laborers who are kept in captivity and kept away from the outside world. The second is the very heinous case related to the trafficking of human organs. About 90 women are committed crimes every day. About 20 million children roam around the streets/lanes unattended. About 25 crore people are forced to sleep hungry at night. Crores of families in the country do not have their own homes. We are ranked 80th in corruption. About 200 million children are malnourished. About 15 percent of the food in the country is wasted every year. In inflation, petrol is beyond Rs 100 and buying cement has not been in the power of the common man. Steel is beyond Rs 3600 to Rs 6500, gas cylinder is reaching the kitchen only after the subsidy ends at a cost of more than Rs 1000. Unemployment is more than 14 percent. By dividing the countrymen in caste and religions, political loaves are being made. The country is under the burden of debt of more than 1 lakh 8000 crores. The country has the most helpless system in providing security to mothers, sisters and daughters. Farmers and gardeners are being forced to commit suicide under the mafia policy. Because in a system based on politics, the eyes of those in power are blindfolded. They only see their selfishness and nothing else. Separate law for yourself and separate for others. An example of this is You cannot vote from two places whereas a politician can contest from two places. A common man cannot vote while in jail whereas a politician can contest elections from jail. If a common person goes to jail for any minor incident, then he cannot get a government job for the rest of his life, even if there are countless cases against the leaders, he can even become a minister or prime minister. For a normal job in a bank, it is necessary to be a graduate, whereas a fingerprint leader can also become a finance minister. There is an age limit to join the army, whereas a leader who is 80 years old can also become Defense Minister and a leader who never goes to school can also become Education Minister. A leader involved in hundreds of crimes can become the head of the police, that is, the Home Minister. Government employees are not able to take pension even after 30-35 years, while MLAs, MPs, ministers enjoy different pensions for life from different posts. The country has started burning in the fire of bigotry, even the community has started banning the celebration of special festivals and festivals, the government remains a mute spectator. Voters! Now it’s time to wake up. Now no politician should rule us but all of us should implement our own system of governance. Now the country will run by public policy, not politics, because public policy is the policy of the people. There is a policy to be made for the development of the people, where there will be one country, one law, one order and one identity. Where caste would be only humanity and religion would be nationality. This country of Vivekananda, Laxmibai, Bhagat Singh and Subhash Chandra Bose etc. will have to be awakened again. This is the land of Shri Ram’s dignity and Shri Krishna’s discretion. It is the duty of every Indian to protect it. If you do not wake up today, you will never wake up. The country’s auction and bargaining has started happening at every level. Even the process of bargaining has started in getting a high post. The country still did not emerge from the suffering of Kashmiri Pandits, governments kept coming and watching as mute spectators. Till now this country could not give justice to the people who were uprooted from their homes for no reason. The atmosphere is turning towards Talibani status. It is necessary to wake up so that the situation does not become like Afghanistan. You are well aware of all these things which become secondary in election issues. But what is the use of such information where we have been bearing the quantity and will continue to suffer, unless there is a radical change in the system. Otherwise this infection will increase from generation to generation. Therefore, if you want to give a clean and pleasant environment to the next generation, then before voting, think about what you have got from voting till today.
