The payment to Rashtriya Lokneeti Party shall be governed by the following terms & conditions:
That the payment made to the Rashtriya Lokneeti Party is treated as lawful contribution from known lawful source towards membership subscription or sponsorship towards any specific cause or donation in general for meeting party objectives.
That the sender of the contribution shall ensure that the source is not unlawful and only Indian citizen or entity as entitled or prescribed as eligible contributors for political parties by the Election Commission of India is the source.
That any payment transferred, deposited or made in favour of Rashtriya Lokneeti Party shall not be refundable in any case.
That the membership fee decided from time to time deposited in the account shall not be refunded even of leaving from the party.
That the donation amount shall be eligible for exemption under section 80 GGB and 80 GGC of the Income Tax Act or as per the changes in any provision or section of the Act by the Government of India from time to time.
That in case of having deducted the amount from the account but not impacted in the online platform of the party, the remedies shall be explored with the bank(s) concerned within shortest possible time period.
That in case of any anamoly in the autogenerated communication or non-clarity on the acknowledgement of the contribution made, the sender shall communicate to the Party through the given communication links in the website for exercising the remedial measures.
That the transaction limit of the contribution shall be as per the Government of India directives to this effect.
That the autogenerated receipt against online payment shall be treated as the final receipt of the contribution received by the party and no separate receipts books shall be maintained and issued.
That the disputes if any shall be subject to the Shimla Courts under the jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh High Court only.
