- Distt level Corporations (DLCs) to be set up for end to end support for farmers and farming including training, soil tests, treated seeds, finance and crop procurement, etc.
- Farmers to be made free from commercial bank loans and the financial support to be exercised by DLCs along with recoveries.
- Toppers in academics to be offered services in Teaching with better prospects.
- Free and Uniform Schooling upto 10+2 years in all schools i.e. Private and Govt Schools.
- Endeavouring for equalising structure and modalities of private and govt. institutions.
- Quality upgradation of all educational institutions in terms of Infrastructure, Teachers & Methods.
- Focus on Teachers Training and Accountability.
- More focus on character building, Indian Culture, Life Skills and making human mind more creative.
- Early age skilling as priority with compulsory internship with industries or enterprises.
- Compulsory attachment for two years with Army units after schooling or NCC during schooling.
